Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your items, but we understand that things don’t always work out. We are happy to accept returns for regular priced items purchased on louloulollipop.ca within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you include the Returns and Package Protection when you place your order, your return or exchange can be done free of charge. If not, you may still make a return or exchange, but the return shipping will need to be paid for or will be deducted from the refund amount. Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund. Products that are marked down and products purchased during sales and promotions are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
