OUR RETURN POLICY

It's Ok if you didn't love everything you ordered;  We are happy to accept returns for regular priced items purchased on louloulollipop.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. To start a return, have your zip code and order number ready, and click the link below to get started.

 

A couple of things, for sanitary reasons, teething products cannot be returned. You will be eligible for a full refund if the item is faulty. If the returned item has been opened and used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If you have changed your mind, you may return the items for a refund. 

If you included the Returns and Package Protection when you placed your order, your return or exchange can be done free of charge. If not, you may still make a return or exchange, but the return shipping will need to be paid for or will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacement of defective items is only available for orders originating in Canada. Due to customs issues, items purchased outside of Canada are not eligible for returns. Proof of purchase is required for refund or replacement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased on sale or marked down are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. That said, we’re happy to review individual situations and may offer store credit where appropriate.
