Shipping policy


Canada

  • Free shipping with orders over $100 anywhere in Canada.
  • Flat rate $12 shipping for orders under $100 within BC.
  • Flat rate $18 shipping for orders under $100 within the rest of Canada.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. 
  • In-stock, ready-to-ship items are usually shipped within 3 business days. 
  • Orders shipping to addresses with "0" in the postal codes cannot be expedited and may take up to 28 days for delivery.
  • Orders are shipped with tracking numbers via Canada Post Expedited mail, FedEx, or UPS based on weight, and the shipping fee is calculated at check out.


United States

  • Sending a gift to the US? Orders over $100 will ship for free.
  • Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout for orders under $100.

International

  • Shipping is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are shipped via DHL International Express. When placing an order for delivery outside Canada, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you.
