How it should fit

  • Stop swaddling once your baby shows signs of rolling over.
  • The wrap should feel snug around the chest, with room for the hips and legs to bend up and out.

How to measure

  • Height. Lay your baby flat and measure from the top of the head to the heel.
  • Weight. Use their most recent weight from a check-up or home scale.
