Wet or soiled on the lined side, clean and dry on the other, and a clip handle so it rides a stroller bar instead of taking up an arm. TPU vs. PVC Most wet bags line with PVC. This one uses TPU — waterproof without the PVC, and it holds up in the wash instead of cracking. A small material choice that decides whether the bag lasts a season or a few years.
