Deep-winter nights meet their match: the TENCEL™ Sleep Bag, rated 2.5 TOG, pairs a waffle-knit TENCEL™ Lyocell shell with a fuller layer of DuPont™ Sorona® insulation, built specifically for the rooms that never quite warm up. Rated for a cold 16–20°C nursery, this is the winter weight of our sleep bag line.
The textured weave traps air more effectively than a flat knit, which is what allows this bag to stay genuinely warm in a cold room while remaining just as easy to move in as the lighter-weight bags in the line.

How it should fit
- Choose by height and weight, not the age on the label.
- The neck and armholes should sit snugly. A neck opening that's too wide can ride up over your baby's face during the night.
- Between sizes? Check the neck and armholes. If the bigger size is loose there, stay in the smaller one.
How to measure
- Height. Lay your child flat and measure from the top of the head to the heel.
- Weight. Use their most recent weight from a check-up or home scale.

Really nice feeling sleep sack super cute, we have a few however after only two washes it has pilled really bad and looks terrible now, it looks like we have had it for years. Maybe it’s just the darker fabric but the others we have didn’t pill as much.
We are grateful for your honest feedback. Our signature Tencel's darker prints may experience some colour run-off after the first couple launderings, as we use all-natural dyes (never synthetic dyes). Additionally, there may be a slight change in texture which is a process called fibrillation creating the ultra-soft 'peach fuzz' like appearance. Please rest assured that the neither affect the safety or usability of the sleep bag in any way. We truly appreciate your support!

I love this brand. The sleep sacks are so soft and this one keeps my baby warm in 18C room with a onesie underneath. Easy diaper changes as well. I find the bottom is wider than other brands to help the babies hips and legs have room! My baby is 2 months and 11.5 lbs and it fits him well!

All of our prints are made using water-based, AZO-free dyes. With TENCEL™ Lyocell, the fine surface fibers (or “peach fuzz”) that give the fabric its signature softness and cozy feel can become more visible after washing, particularly on darker colors. We understand that this can affect the appearance, and we’re actively working with our fabric mill to find a better solution for darker-based prints.
While we know this may not look the way you expected, we hope the fabric continues to provide the softness, comfort, and warmth your little one needs throughout the night. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. It’s feedback like yours that helps us improve.
I love Loulou Lollipop sleep bags - definitely the better made ones out of the many brands we've tried. Thoughtful design down to the easy zipper pull - made wider than others to make it easy to use with a wriggling toddler inside it. Only downside to this particular one was the use of the beautiful rich blue dye - it doesn't hold up being machine washed and line dried. It got faded pretty quickly after less than 5 washes and the material looks pilly now.
Very good, solid quality for the price, exceeded my expectations! At 19 months old, my son escapes all the other sleep sacks except this one (for now). Thank you 🙏🙏🙏
Keeps my baby warm in the winter - soft fabric and cute design
The best sleep bag ever!! Incredibly soft and well thought out. The zipper cover is extra large so I don’t have to worry about it rubbing on my baby’s neck or chin. The double zipper makes midnight diaper changes a breeze. A great investment!
I love lou lou PJs but this is not the same quality. Very awkward fit, the neck is loose and I wasn't comfortable letting my little one sleep in it for fear it would go over her mouth. Ironically the legs were way too tight so the fit was just off all around.
I know this is a small detail but the zipper tab is smooth and round and easy to find.
I loved this in the beginning, but it didn't take long for the knees to wear out. I will have to put patches on the knees. I was surprised because my son only wears it for sleep, and I have followed the washing instructions.
Very cosy for when your house is a little cooler. Love the quality. If your baby runs warmer it might be too warm for them.

We love these sleep bags!! They fit FOREVER! This is my first time getting the waffle though and I’m not sure if it’s just luck of the draw but when I first washed it before use ( cold water gentle cycle, air dry) it came out soooooooo faded and looking already like it had been used for months! The same thing happened to the matching sleeper. The mechanics and all other qualities of the sleep sack are excellent and we love it but I was sad to see it so sad looking after the first wash before we even wore it!

Extremely soft. But the thing I absolutely love about this sleep sack is the perfect a larger zipper! No tricky feeling around for a tiny zipper during those late night changes! Perfectly wide for wiggle space, bugs ther chest just enough. Babe and I LOVE this sleep sack!

Absolutely obsessed!!!! The material is so soft and cozy my baby loves it. Lots of room for her. Fits bigger I find. A 0-6 month fits my 9 month old with lots of room.
I have 4 sleep sacks of the 18-36 size and always hang to dry. This one is 38" while the others are 39.5" long. My child is tall and can't use this one.

These are definitely expensive, but if you can swing (or shop the end of season sales!) it they are totally worth it. I wanted a warmer sleep sack for my 8 month old as getting the legs back into the sleepers in the middle of the night is getting more and more challenging - warmer sleep sack = less layers, but I wasn’t liking the non-breathable, sweaty material many of the other 2.5 TOG options online. These are awesome, babe is warm, but not sweaty in the morning and loves the heavier weight. Plus the zippers are sooo smooth.
